About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Contract Support Officer to join our team. This role will play a key part in the delivery of information and technology solutions that support our organisation's vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support ICT contract governance, vendor management, and procurement processes.
  • Provide high-level administrative support including purchase order control, reporting and data management.
  • Assist with compliance across financial, asset, and records management systems.
  • Help maintain ICT policies and frameworks, and deliver training on contract systems.

This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in contract support, governance, or ICT administration. You should have excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills. You'll work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement.

About You
  • A Certificate IV in Business Administration or progressing through a relevant degree.
  • Solid experience in contract support, governance, or ICT administration.
  • Ability to apply policies, procedures, and regulations in a practical setting.
  • Strong commitment to compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.
