We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Photographer to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, architectural or lifestyle photography and videography. They will be responsible for capturing high-quality interior and exterior photographs of properties as well as filming smooth, professional-grade walkthrough and highlight videos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture stunning images of residential and commercial properties.
  • Film professional-grade videos showcasing properties in the best possible light.
  • Operate drone for aerial photography and videography.
  • Evaluate all shots against Mountfort's brand style guide and client requests.
  • Manage personal time effectively, travel efficiently and maintain equipment with minimal downtime.
  • Deliver raw files promptly to our internal post-production team daily.

Requirements

The successful applicant will possess:

  • A strong portfolio of real estate, architectural or lifestyle photography/videography work.
  • A keen eye for composition, lighting and detail.
  • Proficiency with cameras, gimbals and drones.
  • Reliability, professionalism and excellent communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
