Lead Enterprise Digital Strategy

Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished ICT leader to design and deliver our enterprise-wide digital and technology strategy, leveraging AI adoption and management, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the enterprise architecture strategy to ensure coherence and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, service management, and enterprise business applications and platforms to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Champion innovation through emerging technologies, including AI adoption and management, cloud computing, and digital platforms.
  • Establish and maintain robust IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards to drive strategic outcomes.
  • Manage vendor relationships and supplier performance to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Drive operational planning and program management for large-scale digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic leadership and coaching to the IT leadership team to foster high-performance engagement and culture.

Requirements:

  • Accomplished ICT leader with extensive experience in complex and/or large enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation and deep understanding of IT infrastructure, service management, project delivery, and business applications.
  • Well-versed in emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital platforms.
  • Ability to engage at the executive level and influence strategic outcomes.
  • Experience leading and building high-performing, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
