We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team at Montgomery Advisory. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing legal advice and support to our business streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to our project managers and commercial directors on high-profile disputes and major project delivery matters.
- Work closely with our General Counsel to develop and implement legal strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with our in-house team to ensure seamless delivery of legal services across all business streams.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of construction litigation experience from a reputable law firm or in-house team.
- Strong training from either an in-house or private practice background.
- An understanding of the bigger picture and the ability to think and communicate calmly.
- Clear and persuasive oral and written communication ability.
- Familiarity with building, infrastructure, and renewable energy markets in Australia.
