About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Planner to join our team at Pandora A/S. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing our paid media strategy and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Planning: Develop and implement media plans that align with our marketing strategy and objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage our paid media budget, ensuring accurate tracking and management of planned and actual spend.
  • Media Agency Collaboration: Work closely with our media agencies to plan and allocate the paid media budget by month, channel, campaign, funnel, audience, and objective.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize econometric modeling, liftlab reporting, business revenue forecasts, product collection/mix forecasts, comparable prior period post-campaign reporting, test and learn results, and other media measurement tools/reports to recommend media budget allocations and phasing.
  • Budget Reallocation: Review and approve (or seek approval) for reallocations of budgets and upweights as recommended by agencies and our global media team.
  • Performance Review: Brief agencies on quarterly campaign and always-on performance media strategy, global guidelines, and budget guidance. Review plans against commercial objectives and revenue forecasting and prior comparable period phasing and learnings.
  • Search Channel Optimization: Utilize the one search tool to test and manage the most effective overall use of the search channel to most effectively manage the paid search budget investment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting of paid media spend, including tracking and measuring against traffic/revenue performance.
  • Global Media Planning: Manage LAM media plans to support new store openings and relocations.
  • Test and Learn Initiatives: Assist in planning and rolling out test and learn initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our CRM Specialist and Paid Media Specialist to identify opportunities to utilize, test, and request new PIC audiences.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis for trade meetings or GTM decks or global.
  • Global Testing Reporting: Provide global testing reporting for budget-related tests.
About You

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Computer Skills: Data analysis, Excel, Google Ad Stack, social media, web analytics.
  • Media Experience: 3+ years of experience in a media role, ideally from an agency or the retail sector.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong experience working with data and building data-led recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with an ability to work to deadlines, and to plan and prioritize short and long-term tasks effectively.
  • Enthusiasm and Passion: Enthusiasm, positive approach, energy, and passion for marketing.
