Network Infrastructure Specialist

We seek a seasoned professional to design, implement and maintain high-performance network solutions utilizing Aruba technologies in complex enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and supporting Aruba-based network infrastructure, ensuring seamless performance, availability and reliability. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and upgrades, maintain accurate documentation for network configurations, policies and procedures, and provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and maintain Aruba-based network infrastructure.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Aruba switches, wireless controllers and access points.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for network configurations, policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in enterprise networking.
  • Hands-on experience with Aruba Networks technologies (switching, wireless, ClearPass, AirWave).
  • Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, etc.).
  • Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
  • Familiarity with security best practices in network design.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA) or higher.
  • Experience with large-scale environments or large managed service providers.
  • Knowledge of SD-WAN, cloud networking and automation tools.
