This role requires proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with Rust. You'll design and implement software systems that integrate quantum software stacks with third-party toolkits like Qiskit and Cirq.

  • Develop software toolkits for hardware control.
  • Build and optimize FPGA-based data acquisition and analysis applications.
  • Integrate quantum software stacks with third-party toolkits.

You'll work closely with researchers to develop control software for quantum experiments and collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize measurement and benchmarking software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field.
  • Extensive experience as a software engineer in research or hardware-adjacent environments.
  • Strong background in hardware communications and real-time programming.
  • Experience with multi-threaded and multi-process programming.
  • Familiarity with FPGA development and digital signal processing.
