Anti Money Laundering Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anti Money Laundering Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving and guiding a team of analysts and work closely with key stakeholders to inform actions, decisions, and compliance.

Job Description:
  • Develop, manage, and support the remediation management functions of the AML Remediation team;
  • Establish a robust operating rhythm with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and insights to remediation progress;
  • Monitor productivity and quality metrics, reporting progress and issues to management;
  • Define and embed remediation methodology and quality frameworks with support tools (including visual management);
  • Assess business performance and quality on a regular basis and share insights with leadership and key stakeholders;
  • Coach, encourage, and enable all team members to achieve their potential through training, cross-skilling, and development;
  • Proactively identify and manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements;
  • Perform control testing, adhere to process and procedures pertinent to the role, escalate events or breaches as they are identified;
  • Manage the close interaction between the operations team and AML project resources to ensure seamless communication and consistency;
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of Anti Money Laundering/Counter Terrorism Financing compliance and risk frameworks;
  • Knowledge of Know Your Customer methodology, preferably across back-office operational banking or financial services;
