$74,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Educator to join our team at one of our childcare centers. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the educational programs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs.
  • Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
  • Support the development of curriculum and programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude.
