The ideal candidate will have experience driving ID&E initiatives, collaborating with committees, local leadership, and business services teams. You will design and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars to promote awareness and understanding of ID&E principles.

About the Role
  • Minimum 12 months of continuous inclusion experience in professional services, preferably in a large law firm;
  • Bachelor's degree required; HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Law Degree, or Masters degree a plus;
  • Passion for inclusion and diversity, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
