Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching and classroom management as a dynamic, innovative, and reflective practitioner
  • Ability to differentiate the teaching and learning program to cater for student needs
  • Capacity to continuously analyse and use data to inform teaching and learning practices
  • High level of interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents
  • Positive, professional, and enthusiastic approach to teaching, with a growth mindset and desire to improve
  • Sound understanding of the National Quality Standard, Western Australian, and Australian Curriculum
  • Deep understanding, commitment to, and application of evidence-based educational practice
  • High proficiency in the use and integration of ICT skills, especially iPads
  • Commitment to contributing actively to the life of the school
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Relevant four-year tertiary qualification (ECE qualification)
  • Accreditation to Teach Religious Education Learning Area (or the ability to achieve)
  • Preparedness to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of duties
