Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

The role of a Visual Communications Specialist is to create high-quality visual communications across various business functions. This specialist will collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to maintain brand consistency across all media and touchpoints.

This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and initiative.

  • Designing and finalising artwork, including 3D renders and mock-ups
  • Developing and delivering creative assets for POS campaigns, advertisements, tradeshows, and product launches
  • Producing digital content for web and social media, including static and animated formats
  • Creating infographics, charts, PowerPoint presentations, and corporate materials
  • Ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and accuracy of all visual output
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Sales team, as well as external stakeholders to meet campaign and project deadlines
  • Managing creative projects efficiently from initial brief to final artwork delivery
  • Maintaining awareness of design trends and providing innovative solutions aligned with business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar Graphic Design role, preferably within FMCG or a corporate environment
  • A degree in Design or related discipline is highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with animation or motion graphics is advantageous
  • Knowledge of 3D rendering software considered beneficial
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and print production
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
