We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, providing community-based services to individuals with disability.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a flexible, client-centered environment, managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest and expertise.
As an OT in our team, you will make a meaningful difference through:
- Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions.
- Developing individualized, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions to promote independence and well-being.
- Providing expert advice on environmental modifications for homes, schools, workplaces, and residential settings.
- Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to enhance quality of life.
- Staying up-to-date with current legislation and NDIS guidelines to ensure best practice.
- Collaborating with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. A proactive, client-centered mindset with a desire to innovate and grow. A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively. An interest in paediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let's tailor it together).
