Job Opportunity
  • We are seeking experienced General Practitioners to join our virtual health team, providing high-quality consultations from the comfort of their own home.

This role is ideal for professionals who value flexibility and autonomy, with self-rostering practices allowing you to work at times that suit you best.

About the Role:
  • You will provide comprehensive medical advice and diagnostic services to patients via audio and video calls, ensuring timely and high-quality consultations within minimum service standards.
  • Patients will also receive written care summaries, health advice, and relevant local service information.
  • My Health Record, e-prescribing, and secure messaging will be utilized to deliver the best care possible.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Unrestricted specialist General Practitioner registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Authority (AHPRA).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in general practice, with a minimum of one working within Australia.
  • Previous telehealth/virtual healthcare delivery or willingness to upskill.
  • A fast, reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50Mbps download speed and an upload speed of 20Mbps.
  • Demonstrated strong proficiency in English Language Skills (ELS).
  • A high affinity with using computer systems, including telehealth platforms, databases, and digital communication tools.
