Job Summary

The Joint Replacement Supply Chain Manager will lead our APAC demand planning efforts, focusing on joint replacement products. This role requires strong technical skills in demand planning, as well as excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Manage a team of demand planners responsible for gathering and analyzing data to create forecasts.
  2. Publish consolidated franchise demand plans for the APAC region.
  3. Collaborate with global demand planning leaders to drive standardized planning processes.
  4. Present recommendations for product rationalization to executive management.
  5. Review KPIs to identify misalignment between sales, demand, and supply chain capacity.
  6. Achieve customer service levels, forecast accuracy, and inventory metrics.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree level in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain management.
  • MBA or master's in supply chain preferred.
  • APICS accredited or professional supply chain accreditation preferred.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).
