Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Manager - Engineering Solutions, reporting to the Executive General Manager (EGM) of the Coates West Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Driving Revenue Growth: Leading the development and implementation of strategies to drive revenue growth for temporary works solutions and services.
  2. Operational Management: Managing the operational aspects of the specialist branch, including profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.
  3. Product Portfolio Management: Reviewing and developing the product portfolio to maximize revenue and services add-on revenue.
  4. Sales and Marketing: Developing plans with the sales team to drive product and services add-on revenue opportunities through existing customer relationships.
  5. Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends and emerging opportunities to enhance and further grow services offerings.
  6. Logistical Operations: Managing the logistical operations of the branch to ensure safe and efficient transport.
  7. Employee Development: Developing programs to ensure employees have the skills, knowledge, and ability to effectively prospect for product growth opportunities and engineered solutions.
  8. Leadership: Providing strong leadership to the team to drive maximum engagement and sales performance.
