Customer Service Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our team as a Contact Centre 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) Specialist.
This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations while minimizing risk and providing accurate information to clients. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, written communication, and document reviews to enhance client KYC files.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Handling escalations and working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding their accounts and services
You will work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We offer comprehensive training, ongoing support, and access to development opportunities.
As a Contact Centre KYC Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers across all products. You will be required to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
