Job Position
We're currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Platform Engineer to join our team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for career growth and development in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining DevOps tooling and infrastructure that enables seamless software delivery systems. They will collaborate closely with technical services, developers, and senior management to bring expertise in cloud-native infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include leading GCP platform setup for enterprise-scale data migrations, designing secure cloud landing zones and infrastructure blueprints, establishing IaC best practices using Terraform, and defining enterprise-wide DevOps practices and frameworks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving technical decision-making and architecture discussions, providing technical guidance and support to development teams, and establishing documentation standards for platform operations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have minimum 10-12 years of overall experience, with 6-8 years specifically in DevOps / Data Devops domain. They should possess extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-native solutions, particularly on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and strong proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies.
