Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Rostering Administrator to join our team, responsible for scheduling home care service requests and maintaining positive working relationships with Community Support Staff.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity within our growing MCA Flexicare in-home support service involves:

  • Effective rostering of residential staff within our guidelines;
  • Maintaining schedules according to MannaCare policies;
  • Finding replacement staff when necessary;
  • Accurate inputting of data into our information systems;
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain accurate rosters for residential staff;
  2. Coordinate scheduling to meet MannaCare's needs;
  3. Develop strong working relationships with colleagues;
  4. Ensure timely resolution of day-to-day queries;
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in creating and maintaining rosters and administration roles;
  • Proficiency in using client management systems;
  • Able to thrive in a busy environment with excellent phone, email, and scheduling skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
