**About the Role**:

Our organisation is dedicated to making a positive impact in people's lives. We are seeking an experienced and caring professional to join our Community Participation division, where they will support clients with daily tasks and promote community inclusion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

As a Disability Support Worker, you will work closely with participants to help them achieve their goals and personal growth. This includes assisting with personal care, eating, and maintenance of personal hygiene. You will also promote community inclusion by identifying and pursuing opportunities that match participants' interests and hobbies.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

We require a person with effective communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with individuals who have diverse abilities. They should also be able to work efficiently in organising programs, updating files, and documenting as required. Flexibility to work across multiple sites within the region is also essential.

**Requirements**:

- A qualification in Community Services (Disability) or equivalent.

- First Aid certification.

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.

- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
