This is a challenging and dynamic role that plays a pivotal part in protecting our national security. We are seeking an experienced Senior Air Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of all issues, receipts, transfers, and disposals of property in accordance with approved procedures. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that material and equipment are catalogued to the highest standard in our automated Integrated Data Management System (IDMS), enhancing tracking, reordering, and excess identification processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain comprehensive records to document all issues, receipts, transfers, and disposals of property in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Catalogue material and equipment to the highest standard in IDMS to enhance tracking, reordering, and excess identification processes.
  • Conduct regular stock reviews to ensure accuracy of inventory records and that stock items are serviceable.
  • Create and maintain a critical spares inventory of parts essential to mission activities.
Requirements:
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have a valid US TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Must have a minimum of five years' experience in logistics on large contracts.
  • Must have a minimum of seven years' experience in MILAR Cargo operations.
  • Must possess one of the following certifications: USAF Hazardous Materials - Preparer LCAZP2T051, Navy Supply Corps School TRANS HAZMAT Course, or Defense Ammunition Training Center AMMO-62 course.
  • Must have experience building L463L Pallets.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Retired USAF E7/E8 personnel.
