About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position that requires building relationships with schools and partners on events and community engagement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and delivering enriching sport-based experiences daily
  • Fostering relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire, and delight
  • Leading teams to assist with program delivery and actively supervising children in our care for their safety and wellbeing
  • Representing TeamKids within school communities as a brand ambassador

You will work closely with the Director of Service and have some flexibility to work from home between service times.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who loves kids and is passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children. Previous experience running Before and After School Care programs is preferred but not essential.
