Job Title:

Workforce Coordinator

This role plays a vital part in making a difference in the local community by leading and supporting a team to deliver exceptional client experience outcomes.

You will be working in an organisation that is dedicated to actively working with older Victorians, their friends and carers, through a range of residential aged care, primary care and in-home services.

The Role:

  • Manage the direct care workforce with a keen view to maximising client wellbeing in the home, and the overall client experience of employees and clients.
  • Provide consistent, efficient, accurate and timely scheduling of direct care services to all clients and regional teams through the effective management of the direct care workforce.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in logistics or rostering/scheduling environments.
  • High level computer literacy proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience liaising with people from diverse backgrounds and positions.
  • Ability to prioritise work, problem solve and use initiative.
  • Proven experience in managing remote workforces, including building capability and communication with employees.
  • Certificate IV in Aged Care and/or Disability or Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Relevant experience in similar roles (scheduling in aged care settings or community health settings).
