- Provide holistic support to all residents, ensuring that their care is person-centered and tailored to their unique needs.">
- Coordinate care provision across the home, encompassing medication management, nutrition, hydration, and pressure care management.">
- Supervise and lead care teams on the shift, fostering a collaborative environment within designated wings or areas.">
- Perform medicine-related tasks in accordance with scope of qualification, state or territory legislation, regulation, and relevant policies.">

About You:
">Relevant qualifications: Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with APRHA Registration to administer medication)
">A high level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness
">Effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels both orally and in writing
">Ability to understand and use information technology and programs and to learn new skills as required
">Current National police check
">Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control
">A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation
