Job Description

The Payroll Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our end-to-end weekly payroll process. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll, including data entry, reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the entire payroll lifecycle from start to finish.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll-related tasks.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support audit and compliance activities as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll management within a medium to large organization.
  • Experience using payroll systems and software.
  • Sound knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations.
  • Ability to interpret and apply modern awards and ensure compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
