Community Aquatics Venue Leader

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead the overall operations of our venue, with a particular emphasis on customer service, member satisfaction, and team development.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and decision-making skills, as well as excellent communication and people management abilities.
They should also have operational discipline, excellent time management, and the ability to coach, mentor and support staff development.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have confidence to manage and lead in a customer-facing setting, a high attention to detail, and financial and administrative capability.
A commitment to customer service and member satisfaction, professionalism, accountability, and resilience are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Operations: Oversee daily operations across a high-impact community aquatics venue.

About You:
We're looking for someone who can drive exceptional experiences to the community, maintain high facility standards, and prioritize safety.
The ideal candidate will be available full time, across mornings and evenings, and at least one day at the weekend.
