Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in payroll compliance, ideally within a fast-growth or transformation-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, awards, and compliance requirements in Australia.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading payroll transformation projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a dispersed team and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement, with the ability to work in the office 3 days a week.

Why This Role is Important:

This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in a company undergoing significant change. If you're a go-getter with a passion for payroll compliance and transformation, we want to hear from you. Be a part of a dynamic team driving change in a rapidly growing organisation.
