This is an exciting opportunity to serve on flights supporting the resource industry, charter flights for private clients and regular passenger transport services in partnership with international carriers.
You will have the opportunity to gain direct entry to a Flight Manager role with this intake. Whether you're starting your aviation journey or taking the next step in your career, you'll be joining a fun, fast-paced environment with plenty of variety and room to grow.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to our passengers.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
- Maintain strict safety protocols and procedures.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a minimum of 2 years in a high-pressure customer-facing role.
- No visible tattoos while wearing the Cabin Crew uniforms.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Able to swim at least 50 metres without assistance.
- Eligible for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) which involves a background check.
- Provide First Aid, CPR and RSA certificates and a valid passport prior to starting.
- Competitive base salary: $62,749.75 plus super.
- Opportunity for direct entry to a Flight Manager role from completion of ground school.
