We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our team. As a key project team member, you will be entrusted with significant responsibility from the start.

Our ideal candidate is a professional who excels in gathering data, conducting research, building financial models, and analyzing complex information to generate actionable insights. They should have prior experience in a professional services or corporate head-office role, including exposure to consulting toolkit skills such as report writing, quantitative modeling, and visual aid use.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering data and conducting research
  • Building financial and analytical models
  • Analyzing and synthesizing data quantitatively and qualitatively to generate insights
  • Benchmarking and analyzing industry issues and markets
  • Collaborating with colleagues on proposals and tenders
  • Conducting interviews and supporting client workshops
  • Developing actionable recommendations with team members
  • Preparing high-quality written reports (usually in MS PowerPoint)

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with numbers and data. You should also be an effective communicator who enjoys engaging with clients across various mediums and is eager to develop your presentation skills. Additionally, you should be a pragmatic high-achiever who strives for top-tier results while maintaining a practical, outcome-driven approach.

As a collaborative and dynamic individual, you will work well with others and build relationships across different levels. Proficient in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and PowerBI, you will create reports, presentations, and data insights that drive impactful solutions for our clients and broader society.
