About You

  • You hold a university degree (bachelor's or higher)
  • Able to commit to completing our full 2.5-year graduate program
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, paired with great communication skills
  • Eligibility to work in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)
  • Relocation may be required for client projects, primarily in Sydney and Melbourne. A relocation package and support from fellow consultants are available.
  • Our consultants attend the office for client assignments. Most roles offer a hybrid arrangement, with 3-5 days in the office, depending on the client.
