Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the development and execution of strategic brand plans, maximize market potential and revenue growth, and drive brand positioning and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop integrated brand strategies that align with our company's global vision and local market dynamics.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and public health policies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, medical, market access, and digital teams to deliver effective brand strategies.
  • Support vaccine uptake and identify new opportunities through close work with the vaccines team and National Immunisation Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biological or Medical Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing innovative vaccine or pharmaceutical brands.
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational planning skills, with the ability to lead complex projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate brand strategies based on integrated cross-functional insights.
  • Solid financial acumen to manage brand budgets and forecast performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills to synthesise market, customer, and competitive data.
  • Experience working with government health programs, public health initiatives, and private market stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills to engage internal teams and external partners.
  • Solid prior experience in the pharmaceutical or vaccine industry; knowledge of HPV or related public health vaccination programs is highly desirable.
  • Business acumen, resilience, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and within compliance frameworks.
  • High emotional intelligence and communication skills to lead without direct authority.
