Sydney Structural Engineering Leader

As a senior leader in our Sydney structural engineering team, you have the opportunity to deliver high-profile projects that make a lasting impact on our communities.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional seeking to advance their career by leading and developing a team of engineers, while working on innovative structural designs for steel structures in hydraulic facilities, pump stations, service reservoirs, treatment plants, and industrial projects.
You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction support. As a principal engineer, you will be a key driver of successful project outcomes through leadership and mentorship of junior engineers.
About Your Qualifications
- Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
- Significant experience in steel structures design (industrial buildings, steel framing, roofing)
- Highly organized with excellent technical and communication skills
