Structural Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Structural Engineer to lead our Sydney team, supporting national industrial and water business development.

The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career by leading and developing our local Sydney team, working on diverse water infrastructure projects.

  • Lead structural designs for steel structures across hydraulic facilities, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support.
About You

You will be a Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, demonstrating significant experience across steel structure design (industrial buildings, steel framing, and roofing).

  • Excellent technical and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team, driving successful project outcomes for clients.
