Architectural Expertise Opportunity
Our organization is seeking a skilled Architect to contribute to our team. As an Architect, you will play a key role in delivering architectural projects and services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish project delivery strategies and develop project plans, QA plans, and project resourcing.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop client relationships and secure projects.
  • Assist in submitting registrations of interest and proposals.
  • Support the Business Group Leader in achieving financial targets.
  • Develop effective relationships with other teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Direct projects with supervision from a Technical Director, liaising with Clients and mentoring team members.
  • Design and document projects across different typologies.
  • Direct technical performance on projects, conducting regular reviews and taking corrective actions if necessary.
  • Participate in project design reviews.

Requirements
  • Registered architect in Australian states and territories is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills to foster team development and encourage collaboration.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience working in architectural firms delivering commercial projects as a project architect.
  • Architectural design and documentation skills for commercial project delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and graphic presentation skills.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Project and Adobe Indesign.
