Job Title:

Marine Expedition Leader

  • The Marine Expedition Leader will oversee the operation of boat tours, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers.
  • They will also be responsible for conducting routine vessel maintenance to prevent any mechanical issues from arising during operations.
  • In addition, the Marine Expedition Leader will provide crew inductions, educating new team members on our company policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum coxswain experience is required for this role.
  • Applicants should have prior experience in the Dive and Tourism Industry.
  • Certifications such as Dive Instructor, Dive Master or Freediver are highly regarded.
  • Additionally, administration of O2, Resus, and Long Range Radio is mandatory.
