Job Opportunity

A talented and ambitious professional is sought to lead the operations of a maritime services branch in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in management or supervision, preferably in a logistics or marine-related field. They should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments and multitask effectively.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the branch's operations, ensuring efficient daily operations and high standards of customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow business and enhance market presence, while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Supervise a dedicated team, provide training, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods, oversee inventory management, and liaise with suppliers.
  • Handle financial reporting, including budgeting and cost control.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate to Advanced).
