Technical Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Infrastructure Manager to oversee the operation and integration of all ICT infrastructure, including wireless and wired networks, VOIP, MFD, CCTV, security systems, audio visual, technology hardware, servers etc.

The successful candidate will lead the technical aspects of all ICT systems, including Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, ITSM tools, cyclical maintenance and other educational tools and platforms.

Liaison with our Technology Services team is essential for infrastructure and system matters. The ability to develop and manage third-party contractual relationships with vendors and service providers is also required.

A strong communicator with problem-solving skills, this individual will provide necessary advice and support to facilitate the effective integration of technology into teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and integrate all ICT infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Manage technical aspects of ICT systems, including Student Information Systems and Learning Management Systems.
  • Liaise with our Technology Services team on infrastructure and system matters.
  • Develop and manage third-party contractual relationships.
  • Provide expert advice and support to enhance technology integration.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • NSW Working with Children Check.
  • Demonstrated experience in infrastructure, network and ICT projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
