Senior Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Rocky Bay. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing clinical leadership and supervision to our team of physiotherapists, while also working directly with customers to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to physiotherapists, supporting them to develop their fundamental skills, knowledge, and competencies.
- Work directly with customers to develop and implement treatment plans, taking into account their individual needs and goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with best practice and meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our customers receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a relevant Allied Health discipline, with experience in a similar role and/or sector (Disabilities).
- Strong clinical leadership and supervision skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team of physiotherapists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility.
