Branch Manager Leader

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Hobart site and work closely with Area Managers and the TAS team. As the Branch Manager, you will demonstrate strong Operations and Sales leadership skills to drive safety, operational efficiencies, and sales performance across our diverse customer base.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Overseeing daily production/delivery plans and targets while meeting customer demands for quality and delivery
- Delivering customer growth targets in the construction and building industry
- Driving revenue growth by promoting a customer-centric approach within the team
- Analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, including development planning sessions
- Ensuring safety compliance and policies are followed on-site and promoting a proactive safety culture among the operational team
- Monitoring and reporting on DIFOT results and addressing any significant issues that may arise
- Implementing and embedding strong process and communication standards for the planning, sales, and operations teams
Candidates with strong leadership experience and a proven track record in driving high-performance sales and safety cultures in the manufacturing industry are highly sought after.
We are looking for individuals with the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Operations and People Management Experience
- Industry experience in sales and operations environments of related manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing establishments is preferred
- Strong Leadership and engagement experience of large teams
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer outcomes
- Proven track record of driving effective sales and operational processes
- Experience in monitoring and managing costs against targets
