About the Role:

  • Foster a culture of excellence by leading and motivating the In-Room Dining team to consistently deliver outstanding service.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food and beverage delivery to all guests, adhering to precise service times and exceeding their expectations.
  • Promote loyalty among VIP and regular guests by familiarizing yourself with their preferences and tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
  • Maintain the highest possible hygiene and cleaning standards throughout the outlet, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Budget responsibly by managing outlet equipment, recording breakages, and conducting regular stock takes to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
