Store Manager – Footwear Myer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our team at the new Brand Collective Footwear Myer Parramatta store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Myer store teams and Brand Collective's internal stakeholders
- Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Proven experience in retail leadership, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
