Store Manager – Footwear Myer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our team at the Brand Collective Footwear Myer Parramatta store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving business goals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Concession team, sharing extensive product knowledge and creating authentic shopping experiences in a supportive environment.
- Coach, connect with, and develop your team to achieve business goals and an exceptional customer experience.
- Have operational excellence front of mind when handling products, visual merchandising, and considerations for loss prevention management.
- Actively maintain a safe place to work with a focus on promoting wellbeing.
- Recruit, select, and train team members.
- Work towards achieving an exceptional customer experience by communicating product knowledge of apparel and accessories across the brand offering.
- Build strong relationships with the in-store Myer team to leverage sales driving, VM, and marketing opportunities.
- Concession or store retail leadership experience.
- Enthusiasm for creating unforgettable and authentic service experiences for our customers.
- Familiarity with offering advice and recommendations that leave customers feeling relaxed, confident, and tailored to their needs.
- Experience with stock control and VM (comfortability in lifting up to 10kg unassisted).
- Capabilities in training, coaching, and mentoring team members, alongside driving and exceeding KPIs.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
