We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Contracts Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing multiple tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry and tracking of procurement activity and contracts.



  • This is a critical role in supporting the delivery of procurement and contract management outcomes for our organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working with financial management information systems, high-level computer proficiency, and well-developed communication, organizational, and time-management skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry and tracking of procurement activity and contracts.
  • Provide proactive administrative and operational support daily by monitoring procurement activity in the procurement mailbox.
  • Maintain records, reports, databases, and audit documents ensuring compliance with records management requirements, agency, and procurement policies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working with a Financial Management Information System.
  • High level of computer proficiency, including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
  • Well-developed communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Salary: $80,643 - $87,558 (plus superannuation)
