Established construction companies seek highly skilled and motivated carpenters to join their crews, working on the installation of commercial-grade fencing and gates.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced senior carpenters seeking stability or apprentice-completed carpenters looking to step up into leadership roles.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret site plans and shop drawings to deliver accurate, high-quality work.
  • Carry out precision measuring, cutting, and assembly using hardwood, treated pine, aluminium, and steel posts.
  • Operate a range of tools and machinery, including drop saws, nail guns, post hole diggers, and augers, to install commercial fencing and gates to specification.
  • Ensure proper site set-out and levelling with laser levels while working closely with a skilled, supportive crew.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Carpentry
  • White Card (Construction Safety Induction)
  • Current driver's licence
  • Strong technical carpentry skills with proven experience (commercial carpentry, decking, formwork, fencing, etc.)
  • Own standard carpentry tool kit
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety
