We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Analyst – Transactions & Investments . This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across the full investment lifecycle , from sourcing and structuring new deals through to investment performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sourcing, analysis, and execution of acquisitions and development opportunities .
  • Building and stress-testing detailed investment and development feasibility models .
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Preparing and presenting investment papers, submissions, and performance reports .
  • Assisting with due diligence across acquisitions and transactions.
  • Monitoring and forecasting the performance of investments and funds under management.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, external advisors, capital partners and agents.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • 2–5 years' experience in property, corporate finance, funds management, law, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong financial modelling skills (Excel whiz) and confidence in cashflow analysis.
  • Exposure to acquisitions, property development, or investment structuring.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to distil complex ideas clearly.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a drive to find opportunities and deliver outcomes.
