About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Clinical Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and working collaboratively with less experienced members of the nursing team.
- Maintaining cooperative and productive working relationships with all members of the healthcare team.
- Providing proficient, person-centered, clinical nursing/midwifery care and/or individual case management to patients/clients in a defined clinical area.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years, full-time equivalent, post-registration experience.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses.
