Job Title: Fabrication Workshop Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our fabrication team and ensure they have all necessary information, including drawings, job sheets, and quality control documentation.

This role requires the right candidate to provide coaching and mentorship to the team, maintain a safe workplace while adhering to OH&S practices, and develop and implement new processes.

The ideal candidate will be able to identify incorrect welding techniques, work with the design team to create new designs, and manage sub-contractors and suppliers.

We are looking for a Trade qualified individual in Boiler making or Metal Fabrication with strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and experience in supervising a team of 8 or more.
