Supermarket Customer Service Specialist

This role involves working in a fast-paced supermarket environment, where you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Objectives- Maximise sales by providing exceptional customer service experiences.
- Support the team by executing routines and processes efficiently.
- Follow instructions to uphold store standards.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team culture.
- Carry out daily tasks and routines effectively.
- Follow schedules and procedure cards.
- Assist with employee induction and training programs.
- Report incidents and suggestions to the Store Manager.
- Minimise stock losses due to damage and theft.
- Support store standardisation efforts.
- Ensure accurate inventory management.
- Notify the Store Manager of equipment issues and pest problems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
