Lead Data Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead the transition from legacy data silos to a unified lakehouse on Databricks.


  • Own and drive migration and analytics engagements on Databricks from scoping through production handover.
  • Design, build, and optimize batch or streaming pipelines into Delta Lake, governed by Unity Catalog.

Key Qualifications:
  • Develop and implement data models based on medallion principles and champion standards that prioritize quality, lineage, and security.
  • Embed automated testing, monitoring, and CI/CD practices to ensure fast and recoverable releases.
  • Deliver curated Power BI datasets, dashboards, and reusable APIs that facilitate near real-time insights and bi-directional syncs.
  • Mentor engineers, resolve blockers quickly, and present progress, risks, and ROI to executives and clients.

What will make you successful in this role?

A proven track record of architecting and delivering Databricks lakehouse solutions at scale is essential.


  • Advanced SQL skills combined with Python or Scala, along with deep knowledge of Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and DevOps automation.
  • Experience integrating enterprise systems through REST, messaging, or ETL tools and governing enterprise data models.
