Expert Pediatric Occupational Therapist Opportunity

As a leading healthcare organisation, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with children under the age of 2 and possess a strong background in paediatric occupational therapy. They will be responsible for providing expert consultation, delivering supervision and mentoring, and supporting therapists with evidence-based practice and goal setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation in paediatric occupational therapy for complex cases
- Deliver 1:1 supervision, mentoring and group learning to early-career and senior OTs
- Support therapists with evidence-based practice, goal setting, and family-centred care
- Work collaboratively across disciplines to support holistic outcomes for children and families
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years experience in Occupational Therapy including experience working with children under the age of 2
- Current APHRA registration
- Valid Australian driver's license
- Substantial Experience within the Paediatric NDIS Field
- Experience Mentoring / Supervising Clinicians
